If you have lost your password follow the steps below. If you do not know your user name, look in most any email you received from our billing system. If you still can not find your username then use the support form to request a username ( Your user name is the email address on the account). Otherwise if you know your username then follow along below to get it sent to you by email. This will be sent to the email used to register for services. Check Your Spam Folder and add *@promitech.net to your address book or white-list.
First Go to Billing.ProMiTech.net Then If you have lost your password click Forgot Password
*your password will be emailed to the email address used to sign up for services and most likely is where you receive invoices. If you have lost your username it is on all invoices from us.
